SkAI Institute Organizational Chart
To remain at the forefront of this dynamic field, the SkAI management structure enables agile resource allocation, continuous strategic planning, and robust communication. Having a lean-but-agile structure means using a combination of robust internal leadership teams overseeing the different domains that SkAI work spans, a core Operations Team that coordinates and convenes work both across the Institute and across institutions, and advisory boards that provide critical thought partnership in priority areas, as visualized in the organizational chart below.
