Exploring the Universe Together

In addition to the research and more formal teaching/mentoring work that SkAI is engaged in, the Institute is also exploring numerous informal ways to contribute to raising public awareness of Astro-AI advances and contributions to everyday life. One of the ways SkAI is doing this is by participating in the Adler Planetarium Space Visualization Lab (SVL) Astronomy Conversations. In this series, researchers and scientists “engage museum guests about their research, complemented SVL visuals, but lets the museum guests steer the conversations towards any astronomical topic they are interested in.”
